+ WHAT SPORTS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE COUNTY?
You can check out all of the available sports in Platte County at the Sports Comission website, www.PlatteSports.com.
A wide variety of youth and adult sports programs are available to all residents in recreational and competitive leagues and clinics. The County does not offer these programs directly, but partners with many different municipal and non-profit associations. Leagues include Clay-Platte Baseball, Northland Sports Alliance, Platte City Parks & Recreation and the YMCA.

+ HOW DO I REPORT A PROBLEM?
Call the Platte County Parks & Recreation Office at (816) 858-3419 during office hours (Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) to report problems. After hours, call the Platte County Sheriff’s Department at (816) 858-2424. Or, you can submit a request through our Contact page.

+ WHERE IS THE MAIN PARK OFFICE LOCATED?
The main park office is located in the Platte County Government complex at 415 Third Street, Platte City, MO 64079. The office is in the lower level of the administration building.
+ WHERE DOES PLATTE COUNTY PARKS OBTAIN IMAGES FOR POSTING ON THE WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA? CAN I SUBMIT PICTURES FOR USE?
Platte County staff and volunteers often take photographs at public events for use on the website, newsletter and social media sites. Attendees to Platte County Parks & Recreation events and properties may be photographed for use in print and/or electronic publicity for Platte County Parks & Recreation. Persons not wanting their likeness included in print and/or electronic media will be excluded from said use by notifying Platte County Parks & Recreation. If you have a picture that you would like to see on Platte County Parks media outlets, submit the picture to email@example.com or submit it through our Contact page and grant us permission to use the image.
